The following frequently asked questions have been compiled by LeafCars Rental in an effort to answer any that you might have. Please don't hesitate to call us, though, if your complaint hasn't been handled.



WHAT DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?

Answer

A current, valid driver’s license

A form of payment–either a credit card, a debit card or Zelle

Full coverage car insurance that transfers to a rented vehicle - Please upload copy of your certificate. If you don't have insurance, we will need to purchase a policy. We can help with purchasing a policy and will add cost to your weekly rate. Qualifications may vary.

WHAT ARE YOUR NEAREST CROSS STREETS?

Answer

Our location is in central Phoenix. Cross streets are Central and Osborn. Office Visits are by appointment only. 

DO I HAVE TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT?

Answer

Yes. A standard deposit of $250 is required to pick up the vehicle. Amount might increase depending on the qualifications and form of deposit.

WHEN WILL MY DEPOSIT BE CREDITED BACK?

Answer

If there are no additional charges at the end of your trip, the deposit will be returned in 2-3 business days. Actual refund time to your account will vary depending on your financial institution. 

CAN I PAY FOR THE CAR AT THE END OF THE RENTAL?

Answer

Payments have to be made before vehicle can be picked up. All extensions have to be prepaid before you can keep vehicle. 

CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON DRIVE MY RENTAL?

Answer

Yes, please add all additional drivers to your reservation. 

HOW MUCH GAS DO I NEED TO RETURN THE VEHICLE WITH?

Answer

Please return the car with the same gas level as during pick up, to avoid additional charges. 

HOW LONG IS MY RENTAL FOR?

Answer

All trips are for a minimum of one week. You can extend for as long as you need vehicle. 

WHAT IF I WILL BE LATE RETURNING MY VEHICLE?

Answer

Please reach out if returning the car late to avoid additional charges and fees.
